I have a farmhouse with 3 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, en-suite, downstairs toilet, large kitchen with granite worktops,dining room and lounge, under floor heating and radiators (oil) all done to a high standard. The adjoining gite also has 3 bedrooms with an extremely large bathroom with shower, corner bath toilet and double basin again with seperate central heating. Kitchen,dining roomlounge. The gite is sold fully furnished.

The land is nearly 1 acre with beautiful trees and shrubs with of course the pool (10 x5)

It is based in Le Quillio (22) in the centre near the church.

Originally the price was 350.00 we adjusted in june to 300.00 and now it is 260.00 (no offers)

This beautiful longere is based in the centre of a charming quiet village with only the sound of birds and church bells..The houses are all totally renovated with absolutely nothing to do.

We have a local bar/restaurant where you can buy your fresh bread in the morning too.

And being a private sale you do not pay the estate agents fees.
