We have a three to four bedroom house in an acre and a half of land. Close to a village with Ecole Primaire, restaurant and boulangerie. We are a little bit further than 1 hour from St Malo - 1 hr 15, but the road is very good. We are half an hour from St Brieuc and the north coast and in a very quiet area.

The price we are looking for is in the region of €190,000. We also have a very large attic which could be converted and several outbuildings one of which would be ideal for conversion to at least one gite.
