Ryanair Insurance?

Is it worth paying the extra for the Ryanair Insurance? As far as I can see it doesn't cover me if they cancel my flight and leave me stranded which is the main thing that I would want to be covered for?

oops sorry! just saw more details on the Ryanair page and it does provide some cover for cancellations etc.!! Anyone got any thoughts on whether it's worth it though? Thanks :-)

i purchased the insurance recently when relatives visited us. if you look at the small print, there are 20 plus pages, and to me, most of them seemed to be full of exclusions. I personally think you would have to have a cast iron case to be able to get around the details in their insurance cheers john JOHN
